about me
Clarity creates momentum. That's what I've spent my career helping people build.
Every business begins with a vision. But as it grows, so do the decisions, moving parts, and responsibilities competing for a leader's attention. I've found that most founders don't need to work harder; they need more operational clarity.
That's where I come in.
I'm an Executive Operations Strategist providing strategic virtual support to founders and leaders.
I help founders reduce operational friction so they can lead with clarity and momentum. Whether I'm organizing projects, managing priorities, improving workflows, coordinating communication, or supporting marketing initiatives, my goal is always the same: create calm behind the scenes so leaders can focus on the work only they can do.
My path here wasn't linear, and that's become one of my greatest strengths.
Over the course of my career, I've worked across public service, law, executive operations, marketing, and business strategy. I've supported leaders in government, membership organizations, founder-led businesses, and corporate environments.
Each experience taught me something different: Law taught me to think critically and anticipate risk, communications taught me how to simplify complexity, marketing taught me to connect strategy with execution, and executive operations taught me that the smallest operational details often have the biggest impact on a leader's ability to think, decide, and move forward.
Together, they've shaped the way I work today.
How I work
I don't believe great operations should feel complicated. I believe in creating systems that feel natural, communication that creates confidence, and processes that make work easier, not heavier.
Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and dependable because I focus on understanding how they work before suggesting how things can work better. I naturally look for patterns, remove unnecessary friction, and create structure that lasts beyond today's task list.
The goal isn't simply to complete work. It's to build an operational foundation that allows the business to keep moving with less effort and greater confidence.
If you're looking for someone who brings structure without bureaucracy, initiative without ego, and calm without slowing momentum, I'd love to hear what you're building.
Beyond operations
Alongside executive operations, I bring a background in digital marketing, marketing operations, and strategic communications.
I enjoy thinking about how content, campaigns, systems, workflows, and data work together to support sustainable business growth. Increasingly, I'm exploring how thoughtful automation and smarter workflows can help founders spend less time managing operations and more time creating impact.
For me, operations and marketing aren't separate disciplines; they're connected parts of the same system. When they're aligned, businesses become easier to run, teams communicate more effectively, and growth becomes more sustainable.
The kind of people I love working with
The best partnerships are built on trust.
I work best with founders who care deeply about what they're building, communicate openly, and value collaboration over micromanagement. They're often carrying a lot in their heads.
My role is to help carry some of that weight by bringing clarity, organization, and follow-through to the day-to-day; building a business shouldn't mean carrying every detail alone.
A few things I believe
Operational clarity is a competitive advantage.
Calm is productive.
Great systems create freedom.
Clear communication prevents unnecessary work.
Consistency compounds over time.
The best support is often invisible.
